It may have taken ten innings to finish the job, but Crescent ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They won by a run and slipped past the West-Oak Warriors 11-10. Surprisingly, this marked the sixth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor in this series.

Crescent's victory bumped their record up to 21-4. As for West-Oak, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 18-4.

When Crescent and West-Oak next hit the field, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. The Tigers will challenge Chesnee and their six-game winning streak at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Crescent 3.3, the Eagles 3.7) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, West-Oak will try to stop Wren's nine-game winning streak when they meet at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
