Basketball Recap: Randolph-Macon Academy Yellow Jackets vs. Fork Union Military Academy Blue Devils

The Randolph-Macon Academy Yellow Jackets waltzed into their match on Friday with four straight wins but they left with five. They walked away with a 59-50 victory over Fork Union Military Academy. Given Randolph-Macon Academy's advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 133rd, while the Blue Devils are ranked 294th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Randolph-Macon Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Chidera George led the charge by dropping a double-double on 15 points and 17 rebounds. George is crushing the block category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season.
