Farmington had taken Ste. Genevieve down for three straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Tuesday. The Knights took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dragons. The Knights' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Farmington might've come up short, but they didn't make it easy on Ste. Genevieve: every set was decided by exactly two points. The match finished with set scores of 30-28, 26-24.

Kylie Woods paced Farmington's offense, picking up 11 kills. Woods got some help from Ally Boyd and her 16 assists.

Farmington's defeat dropped their record down to 20-7-1. As for Ste. Genevieve, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 18-9-1.
