Summersville entered their tilt with Alton on Tuesday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They were the clear victors by a 20-10 margin over the Comets. This was a revenge game for the Wildcats: when they faced off against the Comets back in April, they had to take a 13-12 defeat.

The victory got Summersville back to even at 7-7. As for Alton, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-12.

Summersville has already played their next game, a 15-1 defeat against Bernie on the 14th. As for Alton, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-8 win against Winona on the 13th.
