Volleyball Recap: Shawnee Mission Christian Comes Up Short

Shawnee Mission Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to Varsity Opponent. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against Varsity Opponent this season, with their most recent loss being a 2-0 defeat on Thursday.

Shawnee Mission Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-7.

Varsity Opponent has already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Alamo Navajo on the 26th. Hopefully Shawnee Mission Christian paid attention to Varsity Opponent's matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on Varsity Opponent on Saturday.
