Basketball Recap: Sylvan-Lucas Takes a Loss

It looked like the Kentucky Derby when Sylvan-Lucas challenged Russell on Tuesday. The Sylvan-Lucas Mustangs took a 55-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Russell Broncos.

Sylvan-Lucas' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Russell, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Sylvan-Lucas will hit the road for the first time this season to face off against Pike Valley at 6:00 p.m. on December 20th. As for Russell, they will host Central Plains at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
