Volleyball Recap: Dryden Comes Up Short

Dryden was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Charles O. Dickerson Blue Raiders. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since October 3, 2023, but that streak is no more.

While Dryden ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-20, 25-18.

Dryden's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Charles O. Dickerson, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Dryden is taking a road trip to face off against Spencer-Van Etten at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Charles O. Dickerson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
