Dadeville entered their tilt with Halfway on Monday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 6-3 win over the Cardinals. This was payback for the Bearcats, who suffered a 3-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

The victory got Dadeville back to even at 4-4. As for Halfway, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-3.

Coming up, Dadeville will face off against Walnut Grove at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Halfway, they will head out to take on Appleton City at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed nine runs per game on average), something the Cardinals will no doubt try to take advantage of.
