Basketball Recap: West Tallahatchie Comes Up Short

West Tallahatchie suffered their closest loss since December 5, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of the Simmons Blue Devils by a score of 63-60. The Choctaws were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Blue Devils earlier this season, when they won 66-61.

West Tallahatchie has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-15 record this season. As for Simmons, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-14.

As of now, neither West Tallahatchie nor Simmons have any future games scheduled.
