Hermon is 8-2 against Foxcroft Academy since December of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Hermon Hawks will hit the road for the first time this season to face off against the Foxcroft Academy Ponies at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

It was a Battle of the Birds when Hermon took on Ellsworth on Friday. Hermon fell to Ellsworth 53-48.

Meanwhile, Foxcroft Academy came up short against Ellsworth on Monday and fell 51-44. The loss continues a trend for the Ponies in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now lost four in a row.

Foxcroft Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Hermon, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 1-1.

Hermon took their victory against Foxcroft Academy in their previous meeting back in January by a conclusive 45-22. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hermon since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
