Basketball Recap: Dadeville Comes Up Short

Dadeville lost against Pleasant Hope back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Dadeville Bearcats fell to the Pleasant Hope Pirates 66-62.

Despite the loss, Dadeville still got an impressive performance from Chayse Coose, who went 11 of 16 on his way to 25 points and eight boards. Coose's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Aiden Mcgill, who posted ten points and five assists.

Dadeville's loss dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Pleasant Hope, they pushed their record up to 13-6 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.
