Dixie Heights has gone 7-2 against Scott recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Colonels will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 5:30 p.m. Scott took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Dixie Heights, who comes in off a win.

On Saturday, Dixie Heights beat Newport Central Catholic 7-3.

Owen Caudill was excellent, going 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Austin Krohmer, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

Meanwhile, Scott unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of Rowan County.

Dixie Heights now has a winning record of 16-15. As for Scott, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-10.
