Basketball Game Preview: Lakeview Bulldogs vs. South Range Raiders

Lakeview is 2-8 against South Range since January of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Lakeview Bulldogs will be playing in front of their home fans against the South Range Raiders at 7:00 p.m.

On Saturday, Lakeview came up short against Jefferson Area and fell 61-51.

Meanwhile, South Range came tearing into Saturday's game with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 65-51 win over the Warriors. The Raiders pushed the score to 50-30 by the end of the third, a deficit the Warriors cut but never quite recovered from.

South Range pushed their record up to 12-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.4 points per game. As for Lakeview, they now have a losing record at 7-8.
