Volleyball Recap: Paoli Takes a Loss

Paoli was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Forest Park Rangers. If the Rams were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Rangers when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-4, 25-21.

Kalyn Hannon paced Paoli's offense, picking up six kills. Hannon got some help from Maddie Vernon and her 13 assists. Chelsea Neukam controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Leading Forest Park to victory were Mya Wehr and Madeline Tuggle. Wehr had seven digs and three aces, while Tuggle hit 59.3% for 18 kills and seven digs and four aces. Those 18 kills gave Tuggle a new career-high.

Paoli's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Forest Park, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.

Paoli has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Lanesville on the 8th. As for Forest Park, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Northeast Dubois on the 9th.
