Volleyball Game Preview: Logos Christian Academy Lions vs. Cathedral Baptist Crusaders

The Logos Christian Academy Lions will venture away from home to face off against the Cathedral Baptist Crusaders at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Logos Christian Academy will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

On Tuesday, Logos Christian Academy was able to grind out a solid win over First Baptist Christian, taking the game 2-0.

Logos Christian Academy easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Cathedral Baptist unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell 2-0 to Logos Christian Academy back in September.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-15.

Logos Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Cathedral Baptist, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.

Logos Christian Academy beat Cathedral Baptist 2-0 in their previous matchup back in September. Will the Lions repeat their success, or do the Crusaders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
