Baseball Recap: Germantown Comes Up Short

Germantown lost against Houston back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Red Devils lost 23-1 to the Mustangs. The Red Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Germantown saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jeremiah Hubbard, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-1.

Germantown now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Houston, their victory bumped their record up to 9-10.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Germantown will square off against rival Cordova at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Houston is set to face off against their familiar foe Collierville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
