Softball Recap: American Takes a Loss

American fell victim to Kennedy and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Titans, falling 9-0. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Titans: they've now lost four in a row.

American's defeat dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Kennedy, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. American will take on rival Washington at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Kennedy is set to square off against their familiar foe Newark Memorial at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
