Basketball Recap: West Sioux Takes a Loss

West Sioux lost against Hinton back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The West Sioux Falcons took a blow against the Hinton Blackhawks, falling 66-33.

West Sioux's loss was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Hinton, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Sioux will be home for the holidays to greet Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn/Remsen-Union at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Hinton, they will welcome Harris-Lake Park at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hinton is facing Harris-Lake Park at the right time seeing as Harris-Lake Park is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
