Flour Bluff has gone a perfect 5-0 against Alice recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Hornets will be playing at home against the Coyotes at 7:00 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.

Flour Bluff took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They blew past Miller 16-3. Considering the Hornets have won 13 games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Flour Bluff got a massive performance out of Sarah Morris, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-3. That's the most runs Morris has posted since back in April of 2024. Mia Ortega was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.

Morris wasn't the only one making solid contact: Flour Bluff kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Miller only managed nine hits.

Meanwhile, Alice got the win against Ray on Tuesday by a conclusive 20-10. The victory continues a trend for the Coyotes in their matchups with the Texans: they've now won three in a row.

Flour Bluff is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.2 runs over those games. As for Alice, their victory bumped their record up to 10-16.

Everything went Flour Bluff's way against Alice when the teams last played back in March, as Flour Bluff made off with a 17-7 win. Will the Hornets repeat their success, or do the Coyotes have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
