After soaring to ten runs the game before, East Hickman County was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They fell 6-1 to the Riverside Panthers. The Eagles' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

East Hickman County saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alex Martin, who scored a run while going 1-for-3. Dalton Blackburn was another, getting on base in two of his three plate appearances with two stolen bases.

East Hickman County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Riverside, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-6 record this season.

Hardin County will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something East Hickman County surely won't give up without a fight. As for Riverside, they will challenge Jackson South Side at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Jackson South Side's pitching crew has only allowed 3.3 runs per game this season, so Riverside's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
