The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 21-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Peniel Baptist Academy's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Palatka, their win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-8.

Peniel Baptist Academy has already played their next game, a 17-7 defeat against Interlachen on the 3rd. As for Palatka, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, an 11-1 victory against Crescent City on the 3rd.
