Soccer Recap: Norco Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Norco was the 5-1 winner over Murrieta Valley when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Cougars fell just short of the Nighthawks by a score of 3-2 on Monday. While losing is never fun, Norco can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 377th, while Murrieta Valley are ranked 135th).

With the defeat, Norco broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 4-3. As for Murrieta Valley, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-0-1.
