Football Recap: Suncoast Comes Up Short

Suncoast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 47-0 defeat at the hands of the Dr. Joaquin Garcia Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Chargers of the 56-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Suncoast's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Dr. Joaquin Garcia, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
