Football Game Recap: Overlea vs. Chesapeake

Overlea fell to Chesapeake 8-18 the last time the two teams met; this time around, they exacted some revenge. Overlea were gifted an easy victory on Friday as Chesapeake wound up forfeiting 0-2. Having pegged this as anyone's game, the MaxPreps state rankings were right on the nose.

The win bumped Overlea's record up to 3-1. Chesapeake are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-5.

Overlea will stay at home next week against Randallstown at 7:00 PM. Both of those teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins. Chesapeake will take on Towson at home . Chesapeake stagger into the matchup hobbled by five consecutive losses while Towson skip in buoyed by three consecutive wins.
