Volleyball Recap: Carrollwood Day Comes Up Short

Carrollwood Day was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the North Tampa Christian Academy Titans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Titans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Monday.

While Carrollwood Day ultimately came up short, they really made North Tampa Christian Academy work, particularly in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-21, 25-18.

Carrollwood Day's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for North Tampa Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.

Carrollwood Day does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Tampa Christian Academy, they have already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Sports Leadership & Management on the 23rd.
