Softball Recap: National Trail Comes Up Short

National Trail and Tri-Village squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but National Trail had to settle for second. They came up short against the Patriots, falling 10-0. The Blazers were red-hot at the plate heading into the match (they scored no less than ten runs in the four games prior), but the Patriots' pitchers proved too tough.

National Trail's defeat dropped their record down to 10-16. As for Tri-Village, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 24-0.

As of now, neither National Trail nor the Patriots have any future games scheduled.
