Football Game Preview: Real Life Christian Academy Raptors vs. City of Life Christian Academy Warriors

The Real Life Christian Academy Raptors will face off against the City of Life Christian Academy Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Real Life Christian Academy's favor is that they have posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.

Real Life Christian Academy is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Florida's top teams: First Academy, who was ranked seventh at the time (Real Life Christian Academy was ranked first). The Raptors were the clear victors by a 40-20 margin over the Eagles on Friday. Considering the Raptors have won five matchups by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Caleb Burden continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 103 yards and one score on only 13 carries. Another player making a difference was Johnny Olson, who rushed for 81 yards and one touchdown.

Meanwhile, City of Life Christian Academy fell victim to Merritt Island Christian and their airtight defense on Friday. They were beaten by the Cougars 53-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Warriors in their meetings with the Cougars: they've now lost five in a row.

City of Life Christian Academy now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Real Life Christian Academy, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-0.

Real Life Christian Academy came out on top in a nail-biter against City of Life Christian Academy when the teams last played back in September of 2024, sneaking past 10-8. Will the Raptors repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
