Volleyball Recap: Larned Comes Up Short

Larned was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Colby Eagles.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-13.

Jadyn Crosby paced Larned's offense, picking up five kills. Crosby got some help from Brooke Simmons and her eight assists. Anna Simmons controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Larned's defeat dropped their record down to 11-26. As for Colby, with the win, they broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 15-23.

As of now, neither Larned nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
