Palm Beach Lakes took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Thursday. They blew past the Forest Hill Falcons, posting a 37-10 win. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 23-3.

A big part of Palm Beach Lakes' victory came down to the chemistry between Julian Ayala (*) and his top target Ryan Ferdinand. Ayala (*) threw for 271 yards and three TDs while completing 79.2% of his passes while Ferdinand picked up 118 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Forest Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Palm Beach Lakes will welcome Glades Central at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Forest Hill, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lake Worth at 6:30 p.m. on September 5.
