Volleyball Recap: Rogers Triumphs + How To Watch

Rogers took a three-set loss the last time they faced off against Bonney Lake, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Rams won by a set and slipped past the Panthers 3-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rams.

Rogers was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (112-99), but they still managed to win. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-23, 15-25, 16-25, 18-16.

Jasmine Terry paced Rogers' offense, picking up 15 kills. Terry got some help from Sophia Stuesser and her 25 assists. Finally, Linalei Barber kept Rogers' defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Rogers now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Bonney Lake, their defeat ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 3-2.

Rogers wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Sumner on the 2nd. As for Bonney Lake, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Graham-Kapowsin on the 2nd.
