            Volleyball Recap: Seward Bluejays vs. Skutt Catholic SkyHawks        
        
		
        
        
            
After flying high against Scottsbluff  on Thursday, Seward came back down to earth. The Bluejays came up short against  the Skutt Catholic SkyHawks on Saturday, falling  3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  loss the Bluejays have suffered  since September 4th.
 The final score came out to 25-14, 25-20,  25-10.
Seward's offense was headlined by  Jackie Eberspacher and  Taegan Weber, who picked up five kills apiece. Weber really made an impact as  she also led the team in assists with 17.  Tayla Hass controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.
 Skutt Catholic had a senior duo take command as  Marin Brummund  had 15  digs and three  aces and  Mia Stevens  had 15  assists and six  digs.
Seward's defeat was  their fourth straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 18-15. As for Skutt Catholic, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won ten of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-10 record  this season.
 Seward does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Skutt Catholic, they will challenge Lakeview at 11:00  a.m.  on Wednesday.
