Howard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 43-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Aquinas Fightin' Irish. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Thursday (36), the Huskies still had to take the loss.

Aquinas got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Eli Hutchinson out in front who rushed for 144 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.6 yards per carry, and also picked up 33 receiving yards and a touchdown.
