Parma is a perfect 10-0 against Homedale since September of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Panthers will take on the Trojans at 6:30 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Parma took a loss when they played away from home two weeks ago, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over Compass Charter.

Parma had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 26-28, 25-22, 25-18, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Homedale sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over Emmett on Tuesday.

Homedale took Emmett into a fifth set where they got it done with a ten-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-20, 20-25, 23-25, 15-5.

Parma's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-1. As for Homedale, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Parma beat Homedale 3-1 in their previous meeting back in September of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
