Baseball Recap: California Comes Up Short

Osage hit California with a seven-run fifth inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Pintos and Lady Pintos fell 11-6 to the Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-4 last Thursday.

California's defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Osage, their win bumped their record up to 8-13.

Coming up, California will square off against Linn at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Osage, they will challenge St. Elizabeth at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
