Volleyball Recap: University Triumphs + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Clinton Central, University was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the International Gryphons. The Trailblazers haven't had any issues with the Gryphons recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

University had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-10, 25-15, 25-18.

University's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for International, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Looking ahead, University will take on Heritage Christian at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for International, they will head out to face off against Tindley at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday.
