Helena had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs) and they went ahead and made it seven on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Great Falls Bison by a score of 7-2. That's two games straight that the Bengals have won by exactly five runs.

Rylee Murgel made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out eight over seven innings pitched. Murgel was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Kamryn Klemp, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Charlie Smith, who went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Helena was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .385. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Great Falls only posted a batting average of .258.

Helena's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-2. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Great Falls, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Helena will face off against Glacier at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Great Falls, they will take on Billings West at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
