Soccer Recap: Thousand Oaks Victorious

Thousand Oaks's game on Friday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They won by a goal and slipped past the Agoura Chargers 2-1. The Lancers' winning goal came courtesy of Gabriel Torreblanca.

Thousand Oaks' win bumped their record up to 10-7-2. As for Agoura, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-10-3 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Thousand Oaks will venture away from home to square off against Newbury Park at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Thousand Oaks is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.8 goals per game this season. As for Agoura, they will head out to take on Calabasas at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Agoura's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
