There's no place like home for Kellenberg Memorial, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the St. John the Baptist Cougars on Wednesday. The Firebirds might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matches by six runs or more this season.

Kellenberg Memorial pushed their record up to 11-3 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for St. John the Baptist, they moved to 5-7 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
