Softball Recap: Knox City Victorious

It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Knox City ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They skirted past the Northside Indians 14-13. The win continues a trend for the Greyhounds in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won three in a row.

Naveah Martinez was a standout: she scored two runs and stole a base while going 4-for-5. Another player making a difference was Savannah Friddle, who went 3-for-5 with one home run, two runs, and one triple.
