On Saturday, Ralston Valley faced Arvada West in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Ralston Valley Mustangs blew past the Arvada West Wildcats 67-47. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Ralston Valley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tanner Braketa, who to rack up 22 points. The game was Braketa's third in a row with at least 18 points. Levi Rillos also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.

Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jordan Stremel, who posted nine points and six boards. Another player making a difference was Keegen Balistreri, who put up ten points and seven rebounds.

Ralston Valley's victory bumped their record up to 21-2. As for Arvada West, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-6.

Ralston Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Arvada West, they will challenge Northfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Northfield is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.5 points per game this season.
