Softball Recap: Lutheran South Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against Ball on Thursday, Lutheran South Academy came back down to earth. The Lutheran South Academy Pioneers fell just short of the Taft Raiders by a score of 6-5 on Friday.

Lutheran South Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Taft, their record is now 4-1.

Coming up, Lutheran South Academy will host Plano East at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Plano East will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Lutheran South Academy surely won't give up without a fight. As for Taft, they will take on The Woodlands in a tournament on Friday. Taft is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.8 runs per game this season.
