Basketball Recap: Friday's Victory Is Bamberg-Ehrhardt's Fifth in Last Six Outings

Bamberg-Ehrhardt extended their road winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Darius Walker. The Bamberg-Ehrhardt Red Raiders put the hurt on the Hardeeville Canes with a sharp 59-39 win on Friday thanks in part to Walker, who went 7 for 11 on his way to 21 points along with five rebounds and five steals. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Brian Mcmillian, who posted three points and nine boards. He is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last six games he's played.

Bamberg-Ehrhardt has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 8-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.8 points per game. As for Hardeeville, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-12.
