Jay County had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Madison-Grant Argylls on Tuesday. The Patriots not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 1, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Jay County was: they took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-15, 25-14.

Lani Muhlenkamp was a one-woman wrecking crew as she had 21 digs and four aces.

Coming up, Jay County will challenge Delta at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Madison-Grant, they will take on Wabash at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
