Softball Recap: West Florence Victorious

West Florence won against Lugoff-Elgin on Tuesday with 15 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. The West Florence Knights didn't even let the Lugoff-Elgin Demons on the board, marking the West Florence Knights' second-straight 15-0 shutout. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Demons recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Ava Gainey was incredible, going 2-for-3 with four RBI and two runs. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Charisma Williams, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

West Florence always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .692. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
