Soccer Recap: Gateway Proves Higher State Rank Is No Mistake

Gateway won the last time they faced Lake Minneola and things went their way on Thursday too. The Gateway Panthers walked away with a 5-3 win over the Lake Minneola Hawks. Given the Panthers' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 53rd, while the Hawks are ranked 235th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
