Volleyball Recap: Greenwood's Win on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Greenwood waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Pecos Eagles with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Rangers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-16, 25-10.

Greenwood's win bumped their record up to 21-11. As for Pecos, they dropped their record down to 4-22 with the defeat, which was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Greenwood will face off against rival Fort Stockton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Pecos is set to square off against their familiar foe Seminole at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
