Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Red Lion Christian). Everything went their way against the Blue Mountain Christian Defenders on Thursday as the Red Lion Christian Swordsmen made off with a 77-57 win. The victory was nothing new for the Swordsmen as they're now sitting on four straight.

Red Lion Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Luke Schock, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 17 boards. Schock has been hot for a while, having posted nine or more rebounds the last nine times he's played. Bennet De Los Santos` was another key player, going 10 for 17 on his way to 24 points and five steals.

Red Lion Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in five consecutive games.

Red Lion Christian's victory bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Blue Mountain Christian, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Red Lion Christian will take on Heritage Christian Academy at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Blue Mountain Christian, they are taking a road trip to face off against Carlisle Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
