Ethan Beswetherick posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, not allowing a single earned run while striking out six over seven innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances.
