Volleyball Recap: Palma Wins Going Away Against Soledad

Palma barely beat Soledad the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Chieftains blew past the Aztecs 3-0 on Thursday. The Chieftains have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Aztecs, too.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Palma took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-10, 25-15.

Palma pushed their record up to 13-4 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Soledad, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Palma is set to face off against their familiar foe York at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Soledad will square off against rival Rancho San Juan at 6:00 p.m. on the 23rd.
