Buford waltzed into their game on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Cherokee Bluff Bears by a score of 2-0. The Wolves were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Bears, so the Wolves were just returning the favor.

While Buford won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-22.

Buford's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Cherokee Bluff, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Buford will face off against Jackson County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cherokee Bluff, they will take on Duluth at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
